In its new business core range, purchase and remortgage rates have gone up by around 0.1 per cent. This includes a two-year fixed rate purchase product at 60 per cent loan to value (LTV) which is priced at 3.35 per cent.
Its five-year fixed rate at the same LTV now stands at 3.36 per cent. Both come with a £999 fee.
Natwest’s purchase products for first-time buyers have also gone up by around 0.1 per cent. This includes its two-year fixed rate at 85 per cent LTV is 3.49 per cent and its fee-free five-year fixed rate at the same LTV which is now priced at 3.85 per cent.
The two-year fixed rate comes with a £995 product fee and £1,000 cashback.
Shared equity products have increased by around 0.1 per cent. Its two-year fix at 60 per cent LTV is 3.75 per cent and its five-year fix at the same LTV tier is 3.56 per cent.
Rates on Help to Buy products have also risen, with its two-year fix with a £995 fee and £250 cashback at 60 per cent LTV standing at 3.55 per cent.
Mortgage guarantee products have also increased, with its two-year fixed rate standing at 3.97 per cent and five-year fixed rate coming to 3.98 per cent. Both are fee-free and have £750 cashback.
Buy-to-let purchase and remortgage products have also risen, with its two-year fixed rate priced at 3.11 per cent. It comes with a £1,495 product fee.
Green mortgages, both residential and buy-to-let iterations, have gone up by around 0.1 per cent. Its two-year fixed rate residential purchase product at 60 per cent LTV is 3.2 per cent with product fee of £995.
Its two-year fixed rate buy-to-let product at 65 per cent LTV is 3.27 per cent with a £995 product fee.
In its existing customer range, residential switcher and products have gone up by as much as 0.36 per cent.
This includes its fee-free two-year fixed switcher product at 60 per cent LTV which is 3.5 per cent. Its five-year fixed rate at the same LTV tier is 3.51 per cent.
High value switcher rates have gone up by nearly 0.32 per cent, including its two-year fix at 75 per cent LTV which is now 3.18 per cent. Its product fee has also increased from £995 to £1,495.
Natwest has added 10 switcher products to its range, with four high value products and six regular switcher products.
Examples include a two-year fix at 60 per cent LTV at 3.33 per cent with a £495 product fee as well as a two-year fixed high value product at 80 per cent LTV at 3.2 per cent. The latter comes with a £1,495 product fee.
Natwest has withdrawn four switcher products between 60 and 70 per cent LTV.
On the buy-to-let side, switcher rates have risen by nearly 0.4 per cent, including its fee-free two-year fix which is 3.54 per cent.
