Residential by Foundation hires English as regional account manager
Specialist residential mortgage brand Residential by Foundation has appointed Ginny English (pictured) as regional account manager.

She starts in the role effective immediately and will cover the East of England for Residential by Foundation.

English will report to Keith Jones, national sales manager.

She has worked as an internal business development manager (BDM) with Foundation for the past two years, and in her role, she will oversee and develop relationships with several advisory firms in the region.

Before working at Foundation Home Loans, she worked as a mortgage adviser, with over 30 years’ experience working within both lenders and independently.

Residential by Foundation offers mortgages to borrowers who just miss out on the mainstream, including mortgages for professionals, key workers and the self-employed.

The firm restructured its lending channels into three separate channels – buy to let (BTL), owner-occupied and Solutions– at the start of this year.

Jones said: “We are very pleased to have brought Ginny across to this role as a regional account manager. Her knowledge of Foundation’s criteria is comprehensive and her lifelong experience in the industry within both lenders and as an adviser means she has an expertise [that] is second to none.

“Most importantly, she has an empathy and approachability [that] makes her a delight to work with, and with her ‘can-do’ attitude, I have no doubt she will be of immeasurable support to the specialist residential mortgage advisers in her region.”

English added: “I am delighted to be starting this new role, which will enable me to reach out to so many more advisers, both face-to-face and online in the East of England. I look forward to building valuable relationships, and to [being] able to bring the Residential by Foundation brand and product offering into the lives of many more firms and their specialist residential clients.”
