Customer relationship management (CRM) system Clienttree has integrated with the UnderwriteMe Protection Platform to assist seamless protection conversations.

The Clienttree CRM allows advisers to use its cloud-based platform to view all of a client’s mortgage and insurance in one place using interactive fact finds. The firm said sourcing system integration was crucial to this function.

The UnderwriteMe Protection Platform aims to offer a user-friendly system with an interactive questionnaire to enable underwritten quotes from multiple insurers for more than one product, which is expected to save brokers time.

It is also integrated with CI Expert, Protection Guru Pro and Defaqto to provide product comparisons.

The tie-up of Clienttree and the UnderwriteMe Protection Platform aims to give advisers the confidence to speak with clients about protection while spending less time on administrative tasks.

Removing the complexity for advisers

Mark Cracknell, commercial director at UnderwriteMe, said: “UnderwriteMe is delighted to launch the integration with Clienttree. The integration provides a single sourcing process for individual protection products, saving advisers time, removing the complexity of underwriting across multiple insurers, together with providing clients with flexibility and choice. We look forward to working with Clienttree and their user base.”

Lilla Dilliway (pictured), managing director at Clienttree Group, added: “It is a great collaboration between two technology firms who think along the same lines: both the Clienttree CRM system and UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform include an interactive fact find to help collect relevant information.

“This, in turn, helps source the right products, reduces the time spent on admin, and speeds up the advising process. We are excited about this integration and how it will help advisers offer a truly client-focused service.”

Clienttree launched last year as a platform that offered a client-centric approach to the mortgage advice process. It includes all the financial products held by a client, such as any protection policies or joint mortgages.

This year, e-signatures and mailshot functionality were added to the Clienttree CRM.
