This was announced at its annual conference in May and is part of Mortgage Intelligence’s ongoing commitment to give its advisers access to resources.
The Criteria Brain platform allows advisers to search mortgage criteria and find products to suit their clients’ needs. Affordability Brain provides advisers with technology to calculate the borrowing potential of their clients across multiple lenders to determine their options.
Network members will now have access to these tools, as well as The Key and Sourcing Brain at no additional cost.
This is expected to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support advisers in finding solutions for clients.
Enhancing the value of Mortgage Intelligence’s membership

Cupis became MD of Mortgage Intelligence last year, taking over from Sally Laker who retired from the business.
Earlier this week, Mortgage Brain announced its Mortgage Vision events would be returning this year with more dates added and new locations.
