The annual Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) dinner was held on 12 September at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
The prestigious event was attended by key figures in the mortgage and financial services sector, and guests were treated to an after-dinner speech from journalist and BBC newsreader Clive Myrie.
Richard Beardshaw (pictured above), head of sales for HSBC, also gave his first speech as chair of IMLA where he presented the organisation’s chosen charity for the evening, The Niall Stringer Foundation. The charity raises money to support sports clubs across the UK and raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing among young people.
