Surridge joins from MPowered Mortgages, where he was the director of sales and distribution.
Starting his new role on 19 February, Surridge brings over 20 years of experience, including three years at Mortgage Brain as a national account manager, nearly four years at Countrywide Mortgages, most recently as regional manager, and three years as a financial adviser at Lloyds Banking Group.
He will also take on the role of interim sales director for LSL Financial Services.
