Berkeley Alexander said Robinson was the latest addition to the team, and it was seeking to “cement its position as the IFA and mortgage intermediary general insurance (GI) provider of choice”.
In his role as BDM, Grant will take a “hands-on approach, getting out of the office to see as many intermediaries face to face as possible”.
The company added that his “focus will be on helping them realise new opportunities to grow, diversify, and expand their market reach”.
Robinson was a senior sales adviser at AXA PPP Healthcare for around 12 years and has also held roles at Primed and Howden Life & Health.
Geoff Hall, Berkeley Alexander’s chair, said: “I am delighted to welcome Grant to the team. His expertise and personalised approach make him a perfect fit for our business. He joins at an exciting time as we focus on further building our differentiated proposition and accelerating our growth.”
