
As national account manager, Sweetman will work with Paragon’s key distribution partners including mortgage networks, clubs and specialist distributors.
He will help boost the understanding of its proposition and criteria among adviser member firms, showing how brokers can take advantage of the improved certainty, transparency and speed of its mortgage application platform.
Sweetman has been with Paragon for around seven years, initially joining as business development manager (BDM) for the North West.
Prior to that, he was at Santander for around four years as a business development specialist and then as a BDM.
Before that, he was at O’Connor Bowden for over three years, first as a senior sales and lettings consultant and then as a real estate specialist.
