The mutual has promoted Kim Dyson (pictured, middle) to the role of senior broker assist. She has worked for Hinckley & Rugby Building Society for more than six years, starting as a mortgage services assistant in 2019 before moving to the completions team in 2024. She has held roles covering customer service and process management, which the mutual said gave her a “deep understanding” of the intermediary journey.
She has been joined by broker assist officers Nicolle Cross (pictured, right) and Dawid Jankowski (pictured, left) on the broker assist team.
The team works with brokers throughout the mortgage application process to identify challenges and help to avoid delays.
These appointments follow four internal promotions the mutual made within its sales and distribution team last month.
Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales and distribution at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, said: “The broker assist team plays a crucial role in making sure applications progress smoothly and brokers feel supported at every stage. Kim, Nicolle and Dawid each bring a mix of experience and enthusiasm that will strengthen our service further.
