In his role, Pearson will oversee the network’s risk management framework and compliance strategy. This will cover complaints handling, acting as data controller for the business, managing data protection and GDPR compliance, and maintaining the compliance manual.
He will also manage adviser and product risk and provide regulatory updates to the board.
Most recently, he was compliance manager and adviser at Mortgage Connect (NI) for around two years.
Pearson worked at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network between 2017 and 2023, initially joining as a compliance manager and then working his way up to business development manager (BDM).
Prior to that, he held senior roles at LSL Property Services, Accenture Operations, UKAR, FOS, KPMG and Deloitte.
