Smartr365 has launched its enhanced reporting suite, powered by Microsoft Power BI, to improve the process for brokers.

Broker users will receive end-to-end visibility across different areas such as lead generation, adviser performance, pipeline management and fee reconciliation within one platform.

Smartr365 said this would replace “static” in-platform reports with interactive, real-time reporting.

The fees and reconciliation feature will combine multiple legacy reports into one consolidated view, as well as track paid and unpaid fees. The commission statement will provide advisers and introducers with transparent, real-time reporting on conversion rates and paid commissions, while the mortgage lead flow feature will offer visibility into lead sources and progression. Smartr365 said the mortgage lead flow function would help firms understand where business comes from and identify opportunities.

It will have a sales pipeline, showing an interactive bar chart that displays live case movement, and the product breakdown feature will provide visuals and filters to show business mix across product types, advisers and introducers.

The platform’s mortgages versus protection feature will give clarity over mortgages written and whether protection has also been sold, to help firms meet Consumer Duty requirements and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.

Each dashboard will have advanced filtering, drill-down capabilities and multi-select controls so brokers have the flexibility to assess their business performance.

It will have live data feeds that refresh throughout the day, allowing advisers to track performance and profitability without exporting data or waiting for manual updates.

This latest update is part of Smartr365’s investment in end-to-end automation across the platform to seamlessly connect data and offer a holistic approach to brokers.

Smartr365 said it was committed to building on its reporting capabilities over time, working with brokers and reacting to the market to develop new insights and dashboards.
