The newly created growth director role underlines the company’s “dedication to scaling its national presence while maintain[ing] the personal service that has defined its very early success”.
In the role, Lewis will not only drive national expansion but also work with local businesses to “arrange tailored businesses and group protection solutions, helping firms safeguard their teams and strengthen their long-term financial wellbeing”.
Lewis joins from LiveMore Mortgages, where he was sales director for mortgages for around a year. Before that, he was head of partnerships at Mortgage 1st for just over three years.
Prior to that, he was head of intermediary partnerships at Proportunity for around a year and was previously managing director of The Money Group.
Dronfield-based Stagg Mortgage Services was founded in 2024 and offers mortgage and protection advice across the UK.
