In her role, she will work with the learning and development team to grow its proposition and implement a key management leadership programme.
This will include offering support to every level of the business, from the Just Learning proposition and academy programme to inductions and professional development of advisers and managers across the employed, self-employed, new-build and wealth divisions.
She joins from Simply Academy, where she worked for around three years, initially as the head of curriculum and then as the head of curriculum and delivery to develop and manage its apprenticeship programme.
Before that, she spent around 14 years at Countrywide, most recently as the head of learning and development, where she was responsible for training and developing over 3,000 employees across sales, management and leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the tremendous work that has been done so far and really build on it, adding my expertise and fresh set of eyes to help expand it to best support our colleagues and the wider business.
