The protection referral service will provide “high-quality, fully advised support” to advisers who “lack time, appetite or resource” to write protection advice directly, allowing them to focus on “core mortgage activity”.
The protection referral service will complement the firm’s existing Business Protected referral solution, which gives protection advice for business-owner clients.
The service will be delivered in partnership with Dynamo and allows Next Intelligence to “seamlessly” refer clients for advice on life insurance, critical illness, and income protection.
Brokers are kept fully informed of the customer journey and will receive key updates at key milestones, including initial contact, application submission and when a policy goes on risk.
The firm added that it also “offer[s] attractive commission” and “no clawback risk”.

Cat Armstrong, mortgage club director at Next Intelligence, said: “We know many mortgage advisers want their clients to receive high-quality protection advice but don’t always have the time or desire to write the business themselves. Our new referral service ensures clients receive expert guidance from a trusted partner whilst brokers benefit from a risk-free way to enhance their revenue.
“Together with our successful Business Protected solution, advisers now have two strong referral options to meet the diverse needs of both personal and business clients.”
Tony Field, sales and operations director at Dynamo, added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Next Intelligence and look forward to supporting brokers with their protection referrals.
“With the depth of expertise we have in-house, advisers can feel confident that their clients will be in safe hands with our specialist team. We are dedicated to securing the right cover even for hard-to-place or complex cases.”
