Weiss (pictured) will support Paradigm’s membership growth strategy across mortgages, protection and compliance.
Reporting to managing director Richard Howes, Weiss will focus on delivering growth and income targets, leading partnership managers and business development directors and identifying new firms to join the Paradigm group.
She will also help shape adviser engagement strategy, provide market insight to the leadership team and represent the business at a senior level across the industry.
Weiss joins from Bank of Ireland UK, where she helped to shape intermediary strategy, grow market share and manage key partner relationships.
She has also led strategic initiatives, including a partnership with UK Business Mentoring and actively supports talent development through mentoring programmes such as Working in Mortgages.

Hunt and Davenport promoted
Paradigm has also announced the promotion of two long-standing team members.
Tom Hunt moves into the newly created role of commercial director from business development director, which Paradigm said reflected his significant contribution to the business and his expanded remit across commercial strategy.
Hunt will focus on driving commercial performance, strengthening lender and partner relationships, and supporting the continued evolution of the group’s proposition.
Daniel Davenport has been appointed to the role of business insights and team manager after being with the business for almost 10 years.
He will continue to oversee the business performance analytics for Paradigm, as well as line managing a number of individuals involved in commissions, management information and protection support services.
Paradigm said Davenport’s promotion reinforced its commitment to providing excellent customer service to member firms at every opportunity.
Richard Howes, managing director of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “These changes further strengthen our senior leadership team and support our focus on growing our presence across the market, deepening our partner relationships and making full use of the wider capabilities within the whole group.”
Howes was appointed managing director in January, stepping into the newly created role to drive growth across the business.
Earlier this year, Paradigm Consulting partnered with financial vulnerability provider Comentis to help firms meet regulatory duties around vulnerability.
