Shawbrook Bank grows commercial division

Mark Palmer joins Shawbrook as a lending manager for the portfolio team. Palmer has five years’ experience working as a mortgage supervisor for Yorkshire Building Society in central London.

As part of the portfolio team he will be responsible for overseeing cases with repeat Shawbrook clients.

Two lending officers have been recruited to provide case management support to lending managers and liaise with broker and valuation panels.

The quality control team has received a boost with the addition of an officer to support the team processing cases to completion.
