In a LinkedIn post, Mirfin said that after nearly 14 years at OSB, it was “time for me to hang up my hat and retire to spend time with my family and purse other interests and support charities close to my heart”.
“Thank you to all of the staff at OSB who have been part of my journey and to the fantastic intermediaries that I have had the pleasure of working with over the years,” she said.
Mirfin thanked Andy Golding and Clive Kornitzer for “their support and trust over the years”.
Mirfin has worked at OSB Group since 2011, initially joining as group head of underwriting and then becoming group underwriting director in 2017.
Prior to OSB Group, she worked at J Sainsbury for around two years. Before that, she was head of new business at GMAC-RFC for around five years.

Before that, she worked at Britannic Money as a processing manager for around three years.
Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director at OSB Group, said: “Having worked with Dawn for 10 years and in other guises for many more years, she leaves a lasting legacy in our business. I know on behalf of all our staff and the many brokers she has engaged with over the years that we all wish her a very happy retirement and the very best for the future.”
Earlier this week, OSB Group’s CEO Andy Golding confirmed that he would retire from the business at the end of next year.
The specialist lending group also officially launched Rely to the whole of the market following an extended pilot.
