Budget 2011: Watch mortgage experts debate the key issues

Welcome to the first Mortgage Solutions TV post-budget debate.

AMI’s Robert Sinclair, Network Tenet Lime’s Gemma Harle and Melanie Bien from intermediary firm Private Finance joined us in the studio yesterday to debate the budget highlights and the implications for brokers and the mortgage and housing industry.

The debate spanned the Government’s equity loan scheme for first-time buyers First Buy Direct, the inflation figures and changes to the Housing Planning laws.
