Housing market has been ‘dysfunctional’ – Mark Prisk

My question would be what is Prisk going to do about this ‘dysfunctional’ market. Under Grant Shapps his plan seemed to be building less and less houses and it looks like Prisky is following the exact same path.

NewBuy has the right idea but is absolutely useless to most clients, we need some big thinking and I don’t think Prisk is the man to deliver based on his performance so far.
