Independent financial adviser, RJ Temple, has appointed mortgage franchise operation, mortgageforce, as its national broking partner.
mortgageforce will offer re- mortgage and equity release advice, to RJ Temple’s clients, and expects to advise on around £50m of lending.
Ian Millward, managing director for RJ Temple said: ‘This outsourcing arrangement is a reflection of our belief that mortgages, and particularly equity release, are a specialist area which demands focused advice.’
A team of 19 mortgageforce consultants have been chosen to service the RJ Temple account nationally. Rob Clifford, man- aging director for mortgageforce, said: ‘This is a straightforward but highly synergetic arrangement which both companies are confident will reap dividends.’ mortgageforce is involved in similar deals with George Wimpey and Andrews Estate Agents.’
