“The new role allows me to utilise the depth and breadth of skills and experiences I have gained in the past 22 years of working in financial services at a senior leadership level, at the same time as supporting some bigger inclusion and diversity topics within the sector.”
Alvarez is staying within intermediary distribution in a senior leadership role at a specialist lender.
“I am pleased to say that I will still be staying within intermediary distribution as I am passionate about everything within it and love all that we stand for there is nowhere and no-one I would rather work with. In the meantime, I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone at Mansfield BS the best of luck for the future.”
