She joins LSL from Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG), where she was the director of programme management for the past two years.
In that role, she delivered business solutions to support wealth, mortgage and insurance advisers across the appointed representative (AR) network, directly authorised (DA) offering and mortgage club.
She previously worked in various senior change implementation roles at Aviva.
