LMS has appointed Matt Hahn, Emily Haskey and Richard Norman to its commercial team.

Hahn will be the head of estate agents, Haskey will take on the role of head of customer success and Norman will be the head of partnerships.

Hahn will be working with estate agents to raise awareness of LMS and National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), which was launched in 2024 and is a “flexible, agnostic and completely digital ecosystem” that every stakeholder in the conveyancing journey can “join, influence and benefit from”.

He was most recently major account director, head of account executives and head of Your Property Services for OnTheMarket for around three years.

Hahn was also the sales director at Rentify for around two years and worked at Knight Frank for around seven years.

Haskey will ensure that LMS “continues to build strong and lasting relationships with its customers, focusing on customer needs and maintaining excellent standards in service delivery”.

Norman will oversee the management and growth of LMS’ network and head up the intermediary and product sales team.

Norman has been with LMS since 2024, joining as the NPTN customer success lead. Before that, he spent more than six years at Dye & Durham Corporation.

He has also worked at Easy Convey for around two years, and before that, he was at Finlay Associates for around 15 years.

Haskey has been with LMS for around two years, initially joining as senior relationship manager before taking on her current role.

Prior to that, she was at Dye & Durham UK as operations manager for around a year. Before that, Haskey was at Lawyer Checker for around four years.

Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, said: “We are excited to announce our new appointments at such a pivotal time for LMS and the industry as a whole. Emily, Richard, and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and industry insight that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our services.

“Their collective expertise supports our mission to engage with and connect all stakeholders in home buying and selling, creating a better experience for all and, ultimately, making conveyancing easy.”

He continued: “At LMS, we are committed to our people and extremely proud of their dedication and successes so far. I have no doubt that our new appointments will complement and support the wider LMS team, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve as a result.”
