LMS works with a network of more than 4,000 law firms and has over 30 years of experience in the conveyancing sector. The company has grown from being a panel manager of conveyancing firms to a fully digitised platform that underpins the home buying process for conveyancers, brokers, estate agents, buyers and sellers.
As an affiliate member of the association, LMS will be able to use CA branding, will be invited to attend networking at member and online meetings and will be given access to other member firms.
Nick Chadbourne, (pictured), chief executive of LMS, said: “We’ve worked closely with The Conveyancing Association for many years, so it’s great to now formalise that relationship by becoming an official affiliate member.
“The CA’s commitment to collaboration and innovation across the sector aligns perfectly with our own values at LMS, and we’re looking forward to continuing that work together to drive meaningful change for the industry.”
In July, LMS reported that 15 lenders had joined its National Property Transaction Network (NPTN) sandbox, an initiative to digitise transactions.
