Sarah Courtnage is moving into the role of senior business development manager (BDM) and Paddy Doyle is taking on the role of corporate account lead. Josh Holmes will carry on in his role as senior business development manager (BDM) with a new panel of strategic accounts.
The appointments will allow the team to “provide targeted service across its broker panel, supporting individual advisers, clubs and networks, and their management teams as they deliver high-quality advice across the country”.
Courtnage has been with the firm for nearly five years, joining as a BDM in 2021. Before that, she was a mortgage adviser at Bailey Financial for just under a year, and prior to that, she spent nearly 12 years at Yorkshire Building Society.
Doyle has worked at Gen H for around a year, initially joining as intermediary sales lead. He previously worked at West One Loans for around a year as regional account manager, and before that, he was a BDM at Coventry Building Society.
Holmes has been at Gen H since 2023 and previously worked as property consulting lead at GetGround for just under a year. He was a BDM at Even for around two years, and before that, he worked at Nested.com for four years in various roles.
