Charlotte Grimshaw

Charlotte is no stranger to mutual lenders, having served at two previous societies, before becoming head of intermediaries at Suffolk Building Society in 2020. A co-opted director on the board of IMLA, Charlotte is a regular speaker on industry panels, particularly those focused on later life lending – a topic on which she’s long been passionate.

Charlotte’s strategy is to build sustainable, beneficial relationships with clubs, networks, and intermediaries. She works closely with the industry and her team to drive through improvements to both broker and customer journeys and enhancing the Society’s proposition continually.
