Claire joined Lloyds Banking Group 20 years ago, where she qualified as an accountant. Since then, she has held numerous roles across the group in finance, internet banking, and product areas. More recently, Claire led Lloyds’ and Bank of Scotland’s current account business, where she was responsible for all aspects of the business leading the formation of the Package Bank Account Remediation Programme. Seven years ago, she joined mortgage intermediaries and today is responsible for Lloyds Banking Group’s strategic and technology partnerships across all brands. Claire has a clear passion and drive for technology and is committed to shaping how the future of the UK housing market will look. She has played a key role in several fintech investments focused in and around UK housing predicated on the opportunity data-driven insights can offer. In addition to her professional achievements, Claire is passionate about mentoring young professionals and promoting diversity and inclusion, following her own career experience as an aeronautical engineer.
