The show will be held at the G-Mex Centre in Manchester from 24 June to 26 June.

Exhibitors will range from house builders and overseas property specialists to property investment companies and mortgage experts. An extensive seminar programme will feature expert advice on all aspects of property, from buying your first home, or investing your pension in property to buying in Eastern Europe, or becoming a landlord.

Nick Clark, managing director of the show, said: “We had such a phenomenal response to last year’s initial northern show that we are returning to Manchester this year with a bigger and better event. Many cities in the north have been experiencing a property boom in recent years and, with the increase in northern-based developers and investors, we felt it was important to provide a show focusing on these areas on their doorstep.”
