Executive team reshuffle at Pink
Pink Home Loans has announced a number of changes to its executive team structure, following the departure of Barry Meeks, chief executive of The Pink Home Loans Group.
Lisa Hurley, director of finance, is now responsible for legal as well as commercial relationships, risk and overseeing the financial arrangements of Pink’s subsidiary, BDS Mortgage Group.
Kay Leslie, network services director at Pink, is now responsible for IT as well as mortgage services, operations and the human resources and compliance functionalities at both Pink and BDS.
Neil Hoare, formally associate director of marketing and IT, now assumes the position of sales and marketing director. The firm said the move was designed to bring both the sales and marketing teams together to maximise the strength of Pink’s proposition.
David Copland continues to be Pink’s managing director, but will work more closely with Phil Jay, managing director at BDS, and parent company, Skipton Building Society. Copland explained: “The changes we have made at Pink are a reflection of support for our growth plans for the future. I believe that when the market has returned to some kind of normality, we will be well placed to really take advantage of the new mortgage industry landscape.”
