Rent In The UK launches property search website
Rent in the UK, an online property search website dedicated to UK property rentals, has launched.
Estate agents will have a platform to market an unlimited number of rental properties for £199 fixed fee per year or £15 per month.
They can upload properties using a fully automated feed facility and each property receives a full page advertisement which can include up to twelve images per property.
It will also feature a holiday rentals section covering holiday homes, B&B’s, guest houses and caravan holidays in the UK. The fee for private holiday home owners is £50 per property with an introductory offer of £25 for 12 months advertising.
The company has already launched other major property companies including Rent in the Sun, which now offers over 15,000 holiday rental properties.
