Paradigm links up with Borro
Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has linked up with short-term asset lender borro.
Paradigm’s member firms will now be able to access borro’s Introducer programme which allows advisers, mortgage brokers and wealth managers to offer their clients short-term loans of up to £1m.
All loans are non-status and secured against assets such as: Jewellery, Luxury watches, Gold, Fine Art, Antiques, Sculptures, Luxury Cars, Yachts, Speedboats and other high value assets.
By using borro Introducer, advisers will gain a number of benefits including: introductory commission; an agreement in principle in minutes; cash advanced to the client in 24 hours; no redemption or penalty fees for the clients; and no credit checks.
Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “Short-term finance arrangements are much in demand however borro offer such funding based on the asset not the client’s income; this may offer some clients a perfect opportunity to raise the funding they need without having to go through traditional means.”
Paul Brett, business development director at borro, said: “Working closely with Paradigm’s team we look forward to introducing our unique lending proposition to Paradigm’s member firms, who already have a deserved reputation for embracing new ideas and opportunities on behalf of their clients.”
