Assurant director Kevin Paterson resigns
Kevin Paterson has begun gardening leave after handing in his resignation to Assurant Intermediary yesterday.
His colleagues at the Windsor-based offices have also been informed. Paterson is understood to be about to take up another role shortly.
Previous Assurant managing director Nigel Payne, now at rebuildingsociety.com, left the intermediary-focused specialist insurer in July 2011 after a restructure.
Assurant Solutions UK companies are part of Assurant, a provider of specialised insurance and other products and related services in North America and selected other markets.
A spokesperson at Assurant said: “We can confirm that Kevin Paterson has resigned from his role as sales & marketing director at Assurant Intermediary. Interim arrangements have been put into place with immediate effect while we recruit his successor.”
Kevin Paterson was unavailable to comment.
