Barclays’ Fiona Kitchin to join Aldermore
Fiona Kitchin, senior mortgage proposition manager at Barclays, is set to join challenger bank Aldermore as head of marketing for mortgages on 8 December.
Kitchin’s last day at Barclays is the 21 November.
The role is newly created and recognises the strategic importance to Aldermore of mortgages and its future growth plans for residential, commercial, property development, buy to let and bridging.
Kitchin will work closely with Charles Haresnape, managing director, mortgages and commercial lending.
She said: “In terms of the actual role I am looking forward to developing the right marketing strategies for some of the fastest growing areas of the mortgage market and playing my part at a very exciting time for Aldermore.”
Kitchin was at Barclays for seven years and at Paymentshield for two years previous to that and has been a mortgage market specialist for over 15 years.
