Mark Bullard to exit NatWest intermediary sales
Mark Bullard, head of sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, has been seconded to the telephone mortgage advice team where he will run the division until the end of the year.
Bullard (pictured), who starts his new role on 9 February, will be replaced by Paul Kane, one of NatWest’s corporate account managers. Kane has worked for NatWest for 10 years and represents the broker brand on the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
Bullard described his time as head of intermediary sales as the best four years of his career so far.
“We have made massive progress in building the capability of our business so that we are now rightly recognised as a major lender,” said Bullard.
“We have established extremely strong foundations with our people, processes and technology that will serve us well in years to come.”
Under his management the BDM sales force grew from around 20 to 50 and he was responsible for pioneering the use of Livetalk, the broker instant messaging service as the primary enquiry channel for applications pre-submission.
