Crystal Clear Financial Planning has joined the Stonebridge network in a bid to grow its presence in the new-build mortgage market.

The firm wants to establish relationships with local builders and developers and will be looking to Stonebridge for support with the venture.

Last year Stonebridge recruited 51 appointed representative firms, an increase of 22% on 2013. The network enjoyed strong yearly and monthly growth in the number and value of mortgages it completed in the first quarter of 2015 producing a 59% and 62% respective uplift year-on-year.

Crystal Clear is based in Derby with 16 advisers and is run by directors Darren Burdis and Paul Hancox.

“Stonebridge appealed to us because they are incredibly committed to helping firms like ours grow our business and have the resources available to deliver on that promise,” said Burdis.
