A two-year discount product priced at 2.65% is available for purchase and remortgage applicants up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV). Both products come with a free basic valuation and carry an application fee of £199. The purchase product comes with a completion fee of £999. The remortgage product has free legals and a completion fee of £1,300.

Further additions to its buy-to-let range, also up to 70% LTV, include a 3.49% fixed-rate for two years and a 3.69% discounted rate for three years, both available for purchase and remortgage applicants.
