Half (50%) of Aldermore’s residential mortgage traffic iarrives via mobile and tablet, indicating the way customers search for financial services is changing.

As a result, Aldermore has updated its online forms for residential, buy-to-let mortgages and bridging finance enquiries and optimised the online application process to allow its customers to manage their finances on the go.

The forms include a redeveloped residential mortgages enquiry form for both direct first-time buyers and remortgagees, a direct buy-to-let enquiry form catering to both residential and commercial landlords, and a direct enquiry form for bridging finance.

The latter also includes Companies House integration, which Aldermore hopes will help reduce the amount of information customers are required to pre-fill.

Earlier this autumn, Aldermore also launched an online Landlord Hub for its buy-to-let customers, providing information, commentary and a calculator for rental yields.
