Boardman will be responsible for developing and delivering Pepper Homeloans’ service proposition to both intermediaries and borrowers.

The former operations and change manager at Aldermore said she is looking forward to working with the team at Pepper Homeloans. She added that as the lender has gone from strength-to-strength, it was a great time to join the business.

Pepper Homeloans first launched into the mortgage market last year with a range of products designed for borrowers having trouble in obtaining a mortgage from high street lenders.

The appointment comes after Rob Barnard, former head of intermediary distribution at Aldermore Bank, joined Pepper Homeloans as director of sales earlier in the year.
