Prior to this appointment, Hulme was head of mortgage sales at Paragon and led the regional sales team for more than 10 years.  

Paragon said he has been instrumental in expanding the distribution of its product range across the UK and in strengthening relationships with key intermediaries to deliver new mortgage lending of £1.6bn in 2018. 

Hulme said: “I’m hugely excited to take on this new role and look forward to working with the team as we continue to develop our products and our intermediary relationships to address the needs of our core market of professional landlords.”
