TSB ups rates by 0.8 per cent; Platform relaunches select products ‒ round-up

TSB has increased residential, buy-to-let and product transfer products by as much as 0.8 per cent. The changes came into effect on 9 September.

The lender’s first-time buyer products have risen by around 0.8 per cent. Two-year fixed rates start from 4.54 per cent and five-year fixed rates begin from 4.44 per cent.

First-time buyer 10-year fixed rates begin from 4.09 per cent.

 

TSB remortgage rates

Two-year fixed rate remortgage products pricing begins from 4.59 per cent and two-year tracker rates start from 3.29 per cent. Five-year fixed rate remortgage product pricing progresses from 4.19 per cent.

TSB shared ownership

Shared ownership rates have also increased by around 0.8 per cent. First-time buyer and home mover iterations both begin from 4.74 per cent.

Shared ownership remortgages start from 4.79 per cent.

Shared equity products, both first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage have gone up by around 0.8 per cent.

Two-year fixed rates start from 4.54 per cent, home mover rates also begin from 4.54 per cent and remortgage starts from 4.39 per cent.

 

TSB buy-to-let

Buy-to-let purchase and remortgage fixed rates have risen by around 0.35 per cent and its buy-to-let and product transfer fixed rates have increased by around 0.8 per cent.

Buy-to-let purchase and remortgage two-year fixed rate products start from 4.09 per cent. Product transfers begin from 3.94 per cent and five-year fixed rates from 3.89 per cent.

 

Platform relaunches new business mainstream range

Platform has brought back its fee-free and £999 fee new business mainstream products and made no rate changes.

Two-year fixed rates start from 3.85 per cent, three-year fixed rates begin from 3.84 per cent and five-year fixed rates are priced from 3.7 per cent.

The lender said that its two-year buy-to-let and buy-to-let premier products remain withdrawn.
