Clifford joins from Countrywide, where he was mortgage service sales manager for three years.
He has more than 18 years of experience in financial services and residential property, having worked across estate agents and mortgage brokerages. Clifford began his career at an independent estate agent before moving to Connells as branch manager. While at Connells, he worked closely with its in-house mortgage advisers, which then led to him training as an adviser himself.
He then moved into the role of mortgage service manager before becoming self-employed, and then joining Countrywide.
At Just Mortgages, Clifford will work across the Midlands and South West regions to mentor self-employed brokers and support their daily processes.
