The Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) is hosting a series of events designed to give industry professionals early in their career guidance on how to progress.

The IMLA Career Progression Virtual Events will be held online in April, July, October and December.

The first event will be on 21 April on the theme ‘Build authority. Gain trust. Accelerate your career’, and cover building confidence at work, forming long-standing relationships, raising personal standards and acknowledging small wins to build career momentum.

It will be led by Phil Ball, founder of Phil Ball Coaching & Founders Framework, and moderated by Kate Davies, executive director of the IMLA.

The virtual events are aimed at professionals who have spent the last few years establishing themselves and are seeking guidance to develop, broaden industry knowledge and explore future career pathways.
