Exclusive: OSB Group promotes Hollands to group head of intermediary sales and distribution

OSB Group has announced the promotion of Emily Hollands to group head of intermediary sales and distribution.

The move, which is effective immediately, unifies key sales functions under Hollands’ oversight.

She will lead the firm’s sales and distribution strategy, with a broader remit that comprises the field and internal sales teams, as well as broker operations and corporate accounts.

OSB Group said the promotion will “align sales capabilities more closely and strengthen relationships with brokers, supporting the group’s next phase of growth”. The firm intends to foster a more unified intermediary experience and optimise collaboration through bringing sales and distribution closer.

Also as part of the restructure, OSB Group has promoted David Boyd to group head of sales and operations. He will report to Hollands and be responsible for non-field-based sales and support functions, which includes office business development managers (BDMs), broker operations and the firm’s broker contact centre.

OSB Group added that Boyd will play a key role in the delivery of its transformation programme.
