Mortgage Advice Bureau's (MAB's) existing group CFO, Emilie McCarthy, will step down from her role and as director of the company.

MAB’s success is defined by its exceptional people and entrepreneurial culture. Working alongside Peter, the board, and so many talented individuals has been professionally rewarding and personally inspiring.

“I am grateful for the trust, collaboration, and lasting friendships, and I wish Peter, Jo, and everyone at MAB and its wider stakeholders every success for the future.”

It is intended Stent will be appointed to the board of the company as an executive director following her appointment as group CFO. A further announcement will be made at that time.

Stent is a highly experienced listed company CFO with more than 25 years’ experience leading finance functions, driving strategic transformation and supporting growth across listed, regulated and international businesses.
