Lyndon Miles has been appointed as head of real estate finance to advice firm, The UK Adviser Group, to support its expansion.

Miles brings extensive experience across real estate debt, structured finance, specialist lending and property-backed transactions, including roles at LendLord Capital and CapitalRise.

In his role at The UK Adviser Group, he will be responsible for growing its adviser and broker network, strengthening lender relationships and developing specialist lending solutions through The UK Lender Group, which offers bridging and development finance.

The firm said his appointment reflected its goals of creating an integrated finance ecosystem, bringing together advisory, finance and lending operations.

Founded by Maxim Cohen and led by Andrea Abraham, group operations director, The UK Adviser Group has developed into a multi-brand organisation over the years.

The group has been investing in its infrastructure, systems, lender partnerships and client delivery and is set to enter its next phase of growth, expanding its network of advisers, brokers and introducers.

Miles will also be tasked with working with lenders, investors and funding partners to expand its lender panel and build strategic relationships.

Cohen said: “Lyndon’s appointment is an important milestone for the group. We have established strong foundations across advisory and finance, and the natural next step is to continue building our lending capability, adviser network and lender relationships in a structured and scalable way.

“The market increasingly demands a connected approach. Clients and brokers do not want fragmented conversations or multiple touchpoints. They want access to expertise, efficient execution and funding solutions that genuinely fit their requirements.”

He added: “Lyndon brings valuable experience, strong industry relationships and significant technical expertise. His appointment will help accelerate the growth of The UK Lender Group, strengthen our lender panel and enhance our offering across residential, commercial and business finance.”

Miles (pictured) said: “I am delighted to be joining The UK Adviser Group at such an exciting stage of its development.

“The group has a clear vision of bringing advisory, finance and lending together within one connected ecosystem, and I believe that approach aligns closely with what brokers, borrowers and lenders are looking for in today’s market.

“There is a significant opportunity to expand the adviser and broker network, strengthen lender partnerships and deliver practical funding solutions across residential, commercial and business finance. I look forward to working with Maxim, Andrea and the wider team as we continue building The UK Lender Group into a trusted, relationship-led lending platform.”
