Newcastle for Intermediaries has announced the expansion of its mortgage range to improve loan-to-value (LTV) limits across its mortgage range.

The latest product changes included the relaunch of 90% LTV standard residential mortgages and fee-assisted interest-only mortgages. Furthermore, its five-year new-build mortgage range, offering up to 95% LTV, has returned.

The expansion of its Enhanced Plus range to include 65% LTV, as well as the joint mortgage sole proprietor (JMSP) range to include both 80% and 90% LTV options.

Alongside relaunches and refreshes, mortgage rates were also reduced across selected one-year self-employed mortgage products.

Francesco di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said: “We’re continually reviewing our intermediary proposition to ensure we’re providing brokers with the products and flexibility they need to support their clients in an evolving market.

“These latest enhancements provide greater choice across a range of borrowing scenarios, while reinforcing our ambition to be a trusted, relationship-led lending partner to intermediaries across the UK.”
