Dancer has joined from Vitality Life and Health, where she was also a BDM.
With some 20 years of experience in financial services, Dancer began her career in banking at NatWest, where she spent a decade in a variety of roles spanning customer service and lending.
Dancer joined Grange Mortgage and Protection Services and then Just Mortgages, before moving to Coventry Building Society as a senior mortgage adviser.
