It comes as Pete Dockar leaves the business after four years as chief commercial officer to join the executive team at Principality Building Society.
He will take up the same job title at the mutual in a newly-created role to drive commercial growth.
The job will bring together the society’s savings, mortgage, branch network and commercial lending businesses, balancing the needs of savers and borrowers with data and technology.
Dockar previously worked at HSBC and Virgin Money.
He said: “I’ve always believed that financial services should work around people’s lives – not the other way round.

“I’ve spent my career helping people access the financial products they need to build security and achieve their goals, and that’s a mission that sits at the heart of Principality too.
“I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and building on that proud mutual heritage.”
As Dockar exits Gen H, Sara Palmer will move to chief distribution officer, Richard Leivers will become chief lending officer, and Andrew Mackie is taking up the role of chief financial officer.
Palmer joined the lender last year as sales and distribution director and will now lead the business’s growth function.
At the same time, Leivers moves from the lender’s propositions director to owning Gen H’s lending function, developing new initiatives to support more incremental homeowners.
Mackie also joined Gen H last year and has led the transformation of its finance function. As chief financial officer, he will have responsibility for managing the financial position of the business, including responsibility for the expansion of its capital markets funding arrangements.
Graham McClelland, chief executive of Gen H, said: “I am really excited to give Sara, Richard, and Andrew the recognition they deserve.
“In her year with the business, Sara has brought immeasurable benefit to Gen H, leading our push to provide even more support to our broker partners
“Richard, one of the most commercially-minded and smartest people I know, has driven all of our recent propositional developments, and has many more in the works.
“Andrew has overseen the maturation of our finance function while setting up the business to support the growth we have planned in the coming years. It is a very exciting time for Gen H. And as Pete moves on, the entire team thanks him for his efforts over the past four and a half years and wishes him great success in his future plans.”
