Phillips has more than 30 years’ experience of financial services, having held a range of mortgage, client service, relationship management and leadership positions across Jersey, Dubai, London, and Southampton.
Most recently, she was mortgage market lead at a retail bank in Jersey, building strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries and high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
