Gregory brings experience supporting advisers and helping firms grow within a network environment. Her appointment comes as TMG continues to invest in adviser support, lead generation and business growth initiatives.
She will focus on helping advisers expand their businesses, creating opportunities through lead generation and strengthening support across mortgages, protection and later life lending.
Bob Scott, sales and growth director at TMG, said Gregory’s experience within an established network made her a strong fit for the business.
“I’ve known Jane for many years and have always had huge respect for her knowledge, professionalism and understanding of the financial services market.
“She understands advisers, what businesses need from a network and what good support really looks like,” Scott said.

The appointment forms part of TMG’s wider strategy to build a network where advisers receive personalised support and growth opportunities.
Scott said the firm wanted advisers to feel they had people around them who “know their business, understand what they are trying to achieve and will genuinely help them get there.”
Scott Thorpe, CEO of TMG, described Gregory’s arrival as a “major appointment” for the business, adding that her network experience would help TMG enhance its adviser support proposition.
He said TMG remains focused on providing “proper support, more opportunities, stronger lead generation and access to people who can actually help when you need them.”
Thorpe added that the company would continue investing in people, technology and infrastructure to help advisers build stronger businesses.
Gregory said she was “absolutely delighted” to join TMG and was attracted by the firm’s ambition and adviser-focused culture.
“What really stood out to me about TMG was the ambition, the culture and the genuine focus on helping advisers grow,” she said.
She added that there was a “real commitment” to giving advisers more support and more opportunities to build their businesses, and said she looked forward to playing a role in the next stage of the group’s growth.
